Pecan Nail Hardening Oil

1/2 cup shelled pecans

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

Grind peacans into a coarse powder. Add olive oil, and honey to make a thick paste. Rub hands and feet with paste. Rinse with warm water.

Pat dry and moisturize.

Hot Oil Nail Treatment

1/4 cup olive oil

4 drops vitamin E (from capsules. or 1 teaspoon regular)

1 drop almond oil

Heat ion sauce pan and let cool until your desired warm. Rub into cuticles and nails maassaging any excess oil into hands.

Pour left over oil into a canister and re-use as needed

Cooling Cucumber Hand Wash

1 small cucumber seeded and peeled

2 tablespoons aloe vera

1 tablespoon witch hazel

Place ingredients in a blender and liquefy. Wash hands with liquid pat dry and moisturize.

Shea, Honey, Lemon, Sugar and Apricot Hand/Body Scrub/Exfoliator

This not only is naturally moisturizing, and softening but it also is great for stimulating blood circulation.

1/2 cup granulated sugar

3 rablespoons apricot oil

2 tablespoons honey

2 table spoons melted shea

juice of 1/2 lemon

Melt the shea in a double boiler. Combine the ingredients and immediately rub the mixture on your hands, feet or body.

Rinse with warm water pat dry. Moisturize if really needed!

Nail Whitner

2 tablespoons hydrogen peroxide

1 cup warm water.

Soak nails for 15 minutes.

Honey, Almond & JoJoBa Nail and Cuticle Cream

3 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons jojoba oil

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon vitamin E (4-5 capsules)

Mix together. Soak nails/feet in warm water for about 5 minutes then dry. Massage the lotion into your hands and feet.

Best use is after a shower.

The above mixture is for 5 treatments.
