I call this one my meal scrub because I used so many different types of meals. This can be used from head to toe which is one of my favorite reasons for making this all the time. I like to make it in bulk as I use this all over.
For normal skin
1 cup ground oatmeal
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup sunflower meal
1 teaspoon ground rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon ground peppermint leaves
1 tablespoon neroli
1/4 teaspoon fresh cinnamon shavings
1/4 cup milk
(1/4 cup heavy cream if you have dry skin)
(1/4 cup distilled water for oily skin)
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the dry ingredients before adding your liquids.
Slowly spoon in your liquids (add the essential oil last). Blend well. Move your products to the storage container. Do not over blend it needs to be in a paste like substance.
This will refrigerate well for 3-4 days.
Application: Apply generously on skin in a circular motion, rinse off.

Oatmeal is rich in vitamin E, which is said to have anti-aging properties. However, it is really good for anti-inflammatory and skin smoothing abilities. The vitamin E is listed as optional since the oatmeal already has it in there but some like extra vitamins!
1 cup organic almonds
2 cups dry oatmeal
1 organic ripe avacado - peeled, pitted and mashed
1/4 cup organic honey.
Optional:
1 tablespoon vitamin E.
Directions:
Place the almonds in a blender or coffee grinder, grind until course NOT fine. . (You may also do the grinding by hand)
Mix the almonds and the oatmeal together with the honey and avocado. Stir together for a few minutes until it is at your preferred mixture consistency. I recommend keeping it still rough for deep exfoliation.
Take your preferred body mitt (I recommend Sisal Bath Mitt) scoop up the mixture and rub again gently in a circular motion on your body.
Rinse off with warm water and pat dry! Remember to moisturize!

2 tablespoons peppermint essential oil
Directions: Dip/scoop the body scrub tool in the mixture (you can leave the oils separate from the salt for a longer lasting supply.) Rub over skin in a circular motion over your body especially those rough spots! Rinse off with war water.
