5 teaspoons green tea leaves

1 drop peppermint oil

4 oz distilled water

1 teaspoon aloe vera gel (optional)

1/4 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

The reason why the gel and juice are optional, is that you should choose which one you’d prefer to work with. Lemon is a natural astringent but can irritate some skin types. The same goes for the softer aloe vera but it does have cooling effects some like.

Mix together and place in a glass jar or a spritzer bottle.  Gently spritz on face, or take a cotton ball and dip and rub gently over face and neck.

Recommended to be refrigerated for further cooling effects.
